| One of America's premier art glass studios, Orient & Flume is nationally acclaimed for its excellence in design and craftsmanship since 1972. Their work can be found in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum, the Chrysler Museum, the Chicago Art Institute and the Corning Glass Museum. This example is a Paperweight technique, with at least 4 layers of design, reminiscent of the work of Tiffany. It measures 70mm in diameter, and 25mm high. It's signed Orient & Flume and "176 E (in script) 1975." Fine condition. | |
