Each candlestick is 10 5/8" tall, at it's widest the base is 5", at the top it is 2 3/4". This item came from a German refugee household, and was probably brought to this country in the early '30's. In excellent condition except for scratches on underside of base.

In the longstanding tradition of Steuben Glass, this work was designed and originally produced in 1943. J,Dreves was one of Steuben's finer artisans. Clear crystal became the hallmark of Steuben in the late 30's. This tradition carries on till this day in the fine showing of magnificent artwork in the Home Office Showroom in New York City.

This an old Crystal Decanter. It is item #7912 in the Steuben Book. It was designed in 1942, and has no artisan ascribed to it. It stands 10 1/2" tall with the stopper. The base is 7 1/2+ in diameter. It is very good condition, having scratches from wear on the bottem of the decanter.

One of America's premier art glass studios, Orient & Flume is nationally acclaimed for its excellence in design and craftsmanship since 1972. Their work can be found in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum, the Chrysler Museum, the Chicago Art Institute and the Corning Glass Museum. This example is a Paperweight technique, with at least 4 layers of design, reminiscent of the work of Tiffany. It measures 70mm in diameter, and 25mm high. It's signed Orient & Flume and "176 E (in script) 1975." Fine condition.
