GUARANTEES

Each item is described as accurately as possible and satisfaction is fully guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a seven-day period after receipt of delivery during which you may call to arrange return of the item.

PAYMENT

We accept money orders and personal, business or certified checks. Credit card payment may be made through Paypal. Items are not shipped until checks clear the bank, which is generally five to seven business days. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping, handling and insurance. All items listed in our online catalog are subject to prior sale.

SHIPPING

Items are shipped domestically either by United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). International shipments are usually handled by DHL. Fragile items are carefully packed by professional shippers and are double boxed to ensure their safety. We provide UPS tracking numbers when items are shipped.

RETURNS

If an item is not satisfactory for any reason, you may call to arrange a return. It must be packed and insured properly and returned in its original packaging. Your money (less shipping, handling and insurance) will be refunded. Items purchased through auctions, however, are not refundable, since they were acquired in fair market competition against other prospective purchasers.

AUCTION SALES POLICY

Items offered for sale via eBay or other online auctions are not returnable. Please email your questions before bidding.
